I didn't know you Helen but read Kirsty's post on Muchloved. I lost my love and soul mate not too long ago and so know how sad , lonely and empty we feel after losing someone so close. We dream of all our loved ones looking over and protecting us and this is the only things that gets us through the nightmare.
